Catalan scene is celebrating the arrival in 2026 of Llengua Morta, a rap and fusion project born in l’Espluga de Francolí that stands out for its sharp lyricism and a critical view on contemporary reality. Drawing on the background of previous projects such as Apalanke and Bredda, Llengua Morta shape a proposal with rap as its backbone, and emotion, poetry and commitment as cross-cutting elements. In 2026, the trio from l’Espluga will release their debut album 'Plorant roselles, cantant desastres', a collection of 10 songs entirely in Catalan, blending social themes, introspection and generational narratives with a fresh, powerful production.
